Architecture

A public view of the control plane.

KAIS is positioned between AI intent and consequential enterprise action. This page describes the public architectural sequence without exposing protected runtime logic, schemas or operational evidence.

01

1. Request envelope

An AI-requested action enters a declared governance boundary with the context required for classification. Exact internal schemas and service identities are not published.

02

2. ORION authority

ORION applies relevant policy and authority checks. It returns a permit, denial or escalation state. Protected stop codes, bypass tests and runtime routes are not published.

03

3. Bounded execution

A permitted action may proceed only within the approved scope and downstream controls. Absence of a valid permit is designed to prevent execution.

04

4. Evidence outcome

The system can produce an evidence object describing the governance decision. Raw audit records, hashes, logs and customer evidence are not available on the public site.
